FOUNDER COHORT — APRIL 2026

Join the Founder Cohort

The Transition Room Founder Cohort is a simulation-based readiness experience designed for new graduate nurses preparing to enter bedside practice.

This 5-day immersive experience is designed to help new nurses strengthen their confidence, clinical thinking, communication, and bedside readiness before stepping fully into real-world patient care.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in guided learning sessions, real-world clinical discussions, and scenario-based preparation designed to bridge the gap between nursing school and bedside practice.

The experience includes four classroom learning days focused on clinical thinking, communication, patient safety, and professional readiness — plus one simulation day where participants apply what they have learned in realistic patient scenarios.

This Founder Cohort is intentionally small and selective to allow for meaningful discussion, reflection, and hands-on learning.

Outcomes We’re Working Toward

As an early-stage program, The Transition Room is designed to support outcomes that matter to nurses, patients, and care teams.

We aim to support:

  • Nurses who feel prepared, not overwhelmed at the bedside
  • Increased confidence and clinical readiness
  • Stronger patient connection and communication
  • Greater focus on intentional, safe care
  • Reduced early-career stress and self-doubt
  • A new generation of nurses who see patients as people first

This is where habits are formed — before fear, burnout, or hesitation take root.
